Users are informed that the Data Hub software will be updated to a new version according to the following schedule:
- Open Access Hub: Tuesday, 20 November 2018 from 08:30 UTC to 16:00 UTC
- Copernicus Service Data Hub: Wednesday, 21 November 2018 from 08:30 UTC to 16:00 UTC.

The Open Hub access points that will be affected by the maintenance will be:
The Pre-Operational Access points will not be affected by the maintenance.
Copernicus Service Data Hub: Wednesday, 21 November 2018 from 08:30 UTC to 16:00 UTC.
Services will be available throughout the maintenance window with exception of two downtimes of 1 hour that might occur at the beginning and at the end of the maintenance.
