A maintenance activity on the core infrastructure hosting the data hub services, involving the update of the virtualization infrastructure, is planned on 15 July 2020 from 07:00 to 16:00 UTC.

During this period the data hub services will continue to run, however, product publication may be delayed and users may experience a degradation in download and node inspection performances.

During the maintenance window, product publication will be delayed and the following access points might experience periods of downtime:

• Copernicus Open Access Hub (also including API Hub, Copernicus Sentinels POD Data Hub)
• Collaborative Data Hub - Node 1
• Copernicus Services Data Hub

The Collaborative Data Hub - Node-2 and Node-3 and the Sentinel-5P Pre-Operations Data Hub will not be affected by the maintenance.
