Following the maintenance activities to upgrade the storage facilities on the Data Hubs at the beginning of March, two new activities have been scheduled for improving the data access performance:

• From 07:30 UTC on 26 March to 14:00 UTC on 28 March 2018
• From 14:00 UTC on 28 March to 11:00 UTC on 29 March 2018

The maintenance will affect the Data Hub services according to the following programme:

26 to 28 March

During the maintenance window no service downtimes are foreseen, however it is expected that performance will be degraded on the search and download functions on the following data hub services:

• Copernicus Open Access Hub (also including API Hub, Sentinel-3A Pre-operations Data Hub and GNSS Rinex Pre-operational Hub)
• Collaborative Data Hub - Node 1
• Copernicus Services Data Hub

28 and 29 March

During the maintenance window the following Data Hub Services will not be accessible:

• Copernicus Open Access Hub (also including API Hub, Sentinel-3A Pre-operations Data Hub and GNSS Rinex Pre-operational Hub)
• Collaborative Data Hub - Node 1
• Copernicus Services Data Hub

The International Access Hub and the Collaborative Data Hub - Node 2 and Node 3 will continue to be accessible to their registered users, however the publication of NTC products will be suspended for the duration of the maintenance window. The Sentinel-1 NRT products will continue to be published on the Collaborative Data Hub Node 2.

A temporary access hub will be activated for providing access to the last two weeks of Sentinel data without registration. The temporary data hub will be available at the following address: https://tmphub.copernicus.eu/dhus

The date of the second maintenance activity may move to 3 April 2018 if the completion of the first activity goes beyond the scheduled window.
