Users are informed that the incident on the Data Hub infrastructure which occurred earlier today at 9:30 UTC was resolved at 14:15 UTC.
The incident was triggered by the combination of a problem on the switches connecting the servers to the storage and by the fault of the switches failover mechanism. The problems have been identified and fixed.
The services downtime lasted for about 4 hours and 45 minutes.
Products publication flows are back to nominal on all data dissemination services.
